START A PILOT
Start with one business problem worth solving.
A pilot should be small enough to control and meaningful enough to evaluate. Tell us where customer response, expert knowledge, management visibility or execution is breaking down. We will help define the users, information, workflow, risk boundaries and success measures required for a practical first implementation.
Pilot Process
- Initial fit review — clarify the problem, owner and expected business value.
- Scope workshop — confirm users, data, knowledge, systems, permissions and review requirements.
- Pilot proposal — document the product, use case, boundaries, delivery, responsibilities and acceptance measures.
- Configuration and validation — prepare the agent and test representative, uncertain and higher-risk cases.
- Controlled operation — enable selected users and measure the agreed workflow.
- Review and decision — accept, revise, stop or expand based on evidence.
