PRACTICAL CHECKLISTS
Three simple tools for better information and enquiries.
These checklists help a team prepare and review its own pages and enquiry process. They do not produce an official GEO score or predict AI citations.
Company Facts Checklist
Can a buyer verify who you are?
- One company name and official website across public channels.
- Current contact routes and clearly labelled locations.
- Products and services described in plain language.
- Claims about certifications, partnerships and results backed by permission and evidence.
- Pages with correct titles, links and accessible HTML text.
Visibility Observation Sheet
Record the conditions of each answer.
| Field | What to record |
|---|---|
| Question | Exact wording used |
| Market and language | Where and in which language the question was asked |
| Platform and date | Product or search experience and observation time |
| Mention | Whether the company appeared in the answer |
| Citation | Exact URL, if a source link appeared |
| Accuracy | Correct, partly correct, incorrect or not applicable, with notes |
Repeat the same question set and report the number of valid observations. Do not infer a universal rank from an individual answer.
B2B Enquiry Template
Capture enough detail for a useful human follow-up.
| Field | Example of what to ask |
|---|---|
| Product or service | Which model, category or use case? |
| Requirements | Specification, application or target outcome? |
| Quantity or scale | Estimated volume or operating scope? |
| Market | Destination or team location? |
| Timing | Target date and known constraints? |
| Review | Which requirement needs technical or commercial approval? |
Only collect fields needed for the stated purpose and follow the approved privacy notice. EAS can help structure these inputs for a sales handover. See EAS, GEO methodology and Contact.
