AGENT GUIDES
EAS Standard or Advanced: where should you start?
Choose Standard for a focused bilingual enquiry workflow. Consider Advanced when you need more agreed languages, a larger product-data scope or dedicated deployment equipment. Choose based on the workflow and review capacity, not the price alone.
Comparison
Compare the proposed scope.
| Question | EAS Standard | EAS Advanced |
|---|---|---|
| Languages | Chinese and English | Up to five agreed languages |
| Product-data scope | Up to 3,000 agreed entries | Up to 10,000 agreed entries |
| Included year-one conversations | 1,000 | 15,000 |
| Dedicated equipment | Not listed as standard equipment | Included device; model confirmed in the proposal |
| Starting price | US$1,340 | US$2,960 |
These are proposed implementation packages, not monthly subscription prices. Entry definitions, usage measurement, renewals, support, hardware, integrations and tax must be confirmed in the project proposal. Conversation allowances are not perpetual.
Decision Worksheet
Answer these before selecting a version.
- Which questions should the agent answer, and which must go to a person?
- Which languages are actually used by qualified customers?
- Who owns the source material and approves its accuracy?
- What enquiry volume is evidenced by your current channels?
- Does dedicated equipment address a real deployment requirement?
If the main problem is cross-team knowledge, expert review or authorised business workflows, evaluate ETA rather than assuming a larger EAS allowance will solve it. ETA-ONE is a separate executive collaboration product.
